Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days. 
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class, Tracked 24 or Tracked 48, depending on the delivery option you select at checkout.

Royal Mail’s estimated delivery times are:

 -Tracked 24: 1–2 working days after dispatch
 -Tracked 48: 2–3 working days after dispatch

If you’ve chosen a Signed For service, please make sure someone is available to accept the delivery, as a signature will be required.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods or due to postal delays beyond our control.

We currently ship within the UK only.

Payment & Pricing

 -All prices include VAT (where applicable). Payment is taken securely at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges
 -If you’d like to return or exchange an item, please contact us first at info@shakepaws.com.
 -Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, and items must be in their original condition and packaging.
 -Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if items aren’t returned in original condition.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us info@shakepaws.com within 7 days of delivery so we can put it right. We may ask for a photo of any damage to help us resolve the issue quickly.
